The C.A.R.E. project is currently utilizing Zoom video conferencing technology to connect with members of rural C.A.R.E. groups and Advisory Board members in an effort to increase collaboration and engagement among participants Zoom is easy to use technology that operates on a wide variety of devices. Get started “ZOOMING’ with us today by following the tutorial below.
STEP ONE – REGISTER
To get connected with ZOOM you will need to first register for the specific ZOOM meeting you would like to join. In the case of CARE GROUP, CAB or online COMMUNITY CONNECTION meetings you will receive this invitation by email and/or Facebook Group. The invitation will look something like this:
STEP TWO – CONNECT
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with information on your meeting and how to connect. The email will look like the image below. Simply follow the instructions for your device to get ready to ZOOM. For further help, watch the video example of JOINING a MEETING.
