Susan Brasher, Ph.D., CPNP
Susan Brasher, PhD, CPNP, is the Project Consultant for the Collaboration for Autism Research and Engagement project.
She was Project Coordinator for Tier I and Tier II of the Collaboration for Autism Research and Engagement project. She has collaborated closely with Dr. Jennifer Elder, Project Lead, for the past several years on numerous funded grants aimed at improving the lives of children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). She has 14 years of experience as a pediatric Registered Nurse and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
She obtained her PhD from the University of Florida with an emphasis on pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Throughout her career, she has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to the pediatric population. She continues to improve the lives of children and families, particularly those with ASD, through practice, education, and research.
Dr. Brasher is currently Assistant Professor at Emory University
